5 Exercises To Acheive The Perfect Summer Body
It’s never too early to begin your pre-summer workout! The first thing anybody should do if they want the perfect summer body is pay key attention to their diet. I know that this means cutting the sweets, simple carbs or late night eating…but the good news is you can eat food that are green, and who doesn’t love green looking foods! To get you started, get yourself a bag and throw away all those pesky junk snack choices and keep a limit to the amount of alcohol that you consume. Stay away from beer in any and all circumstances.
The second thing I would recommend would be to start a morning yoga routine. Perform yoga for 10 minutes at least 5 times per week to get yourself started on the right foot. After you’re done with yoga, I recommend drinking a cup of warm water and fresh squeezed lemon. The lemon will not only detoxify your body, but it will also help start your metabolism for the day.

To do this correctly hold you body similarly to the image for on minute keeping your stomach tight and back and body fully straight. Planks with alternating leg lifts are another favorite of mine when working out. Do 2 sets of this and time yourself for a minute each time.

This exercise targets the triceps for great, toned arms.
Bent Over Rows
3 sets of 10 – 15
This exercise will work on your back, arms and shoulders at the same time.
